Q. Who is Intensing?  

A.  We are a customer focused company. Our philosophy is focus on the customer experience and on the value that we can provide them. We retail unique products not found in stores for equally unique individuals.

 

Q. What are the shipping times? 

A.  In our desire to provide you with the lowest possible prices for our products we use less expensive shipping options. Because of this, shipping may take a little longer than expected. Most orders are delivered approximately 2-4 weeks after you have placed your order. 
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately we aren't responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect address information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with you in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase.  We use the exact same information as entered by the customer to process shipping labels. 

  

What if I typed the wrong address? 
If you contact us immediately after the order is made to let us know about an alternate shipping address we will change this for you if the item hasn't been sent. Email us at info@intensing.com 
Q. Do you ship internationally? 
A. Yes we currently ship to the majority of the world. If you have any questions send us an email to info@intensing.com and we will try to resolve your problem.
 
Q. How are you able to offer some products for free and only charge shipping?

We offer this special promotions for several reasons. We do it to promote our brand. If you have enjoyed one of our promotions you can verify for yourself the quality of our products are are more likely to purchase from us again. Additionally, if you are a happy customer you will refer us to your friends. Our focus is exclusively on quality of product and word of mouth so we carefully pick products and run limited time promotions to get our products to the market.

 

Q. How long does it take for an order to arrive? 

A. All items in store take 1-5 business days to process and we ask that you remember patience is a virtue. So please remember to add processing time to your shipping time estimates.

Once you purchase your item. It goes to processing and then to shipping.

Your product has been shipped once you receive your shipping confirmation email. If you don't receive this, please check your other email folders - but don't worry if you can't find it, your order will have been processed and sent. Sometimes the emails can get lost or filtered by your email account, but don't worry - your order won't! 

The majority of our customers have received their items around the 2-3 week mark where customs aren't as long, examples include USA/UK.

Q. I ordered multiple items, but only received some of them... where's my order?

A. Your items come from different warehouses. They are shipped separately from multiple locations. If one item comes first, don't panic, everything will arrive.  If you have ordered several different products, it is a safe bet that you will receive separate orders. 

 

Q. I no longer want my order, can I cancel and refund?
A. We do a have a refund policy in place on damaged/missing goods. Unfortunately we can't provide cancellations if your order has been shipped. Once the item(s) have been shipped we no longer have control of them, hence we would lose the shipping costs plus items.

But we understand that every case is different, just reach out to us by email and we'll be happy to help.

 
Q. How secure is my information?
A. Intensing adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information utilizing systems such as McAfee Security. Intensing.com is certified level 1 PCI DSS compliant, the highest level of security certification.  

If you look in your address bar and the lower right corner of the page, you will see we have been awarded the green padlock before our web address. When you see this on any internet website, it means your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments.  Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
